Office for cooperation and representation before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Office for Cooperation and Representation before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out the following tasks:

a) represents the Government of the Federation before the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

b) takes care of the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

c) represents the Government of the Federation before the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

d) monitors the implementation of the judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which refer to the institutions of the Federation;

e) cooperates with the Office of the Representative of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the European Court of Human Rights in cases related to the institutions of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

f) takes care of the implementation of the decisions of the European Court for Human Rights that refer to the institutions of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

g) performs other tasks entrusted to him by the Government of the Federation in connection with his competence.
